Ingredients
Love’s hot dog buns, torn
3/4 cup cucumbers, cubed
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup tomatoes, cubed
1/2 cup cucumber, pealed
1/2 cup bell-pepper, cubed
1/2 cup feta cheese
4 pieces salami, diced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
10 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Tear Love’s hot dog buns into pieces and place onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
2. Toss the hot dog croutons, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, bell peppers, olive oil, vinegar, basil, and salami together in a large salad bowl.
