Ingredients
3-4 lbs. of boneless pork loin or shoulder
1 tsp. of Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups of Barbeque Sauce
Directions
- Wash pork and pat dry.
- Place pork in the slow cooker and pierce multiple times.
- Add water and barbeque sauce and mix.
- Cook pork on high for 6 hours or until pork is tender.
- Assemble the sandwich with your favorite greens of choice and enjoy!
