Breakfast Sliders

Makes: 8 servings


6 Love’s Sweet Rolls
1 stick of unsalted butter at room temp
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 tbsp. of ground cinnamon
Glaze (homemade or store-bought)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a muffin tin and dust with granulated sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Cut the rolls in half horizontally (keeping all top and bottom halves separately intact). Open up the rolls like a book on a piece of parchment so they are laying cut-side up.
  4. Spread 3/4 of the butter stick over the cut side of both halves.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter on the bottom half of the rolls, then top with the top half of the rolls, creating a cinnamon-sugar sandwich.
  6. Using a rolling pin, flatten the rolls.
  7. Spread the remaining butter on top and coat with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  8. Starting with the long end closest to you, use parchment paper to roll up the rolls into a tight roll.
  9. Slice the roll into 6 slices and place a slice into each cup of the prepared muffin tin.
  10. Bake until golden brown and bubbling.
  11. Top it with your store-bought or homemade glaze. Enjoy!
