Breakfast Sliders

Makes: 8 servings


3-4 lbs. of boneless pork loin or shoulder
1 tsp. of Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups of Barbeque Sauce


  1. Wash pork and pat dry.
  2. Place pork in the slow cooker and pierce multiple times.
  3. Add water and barbeque sauce and mix.
  4. Cook pork on high for 6 hours or until pork is tender.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with your favorite greens of choice and enjoy!
