2 slices Love’s Bread
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 can tuna fish
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 red onion, diced
1 tomato, sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Toast your favorite Love’s Bread.
2. Drain the tuna fish and place into a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of chopped red onion, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, and mix together well.
3. Spread Dijon mustard onto bread, add tomatoes to your tuna fish mixture. Enjoy!
