1 slice Love’s Bread
Diced bacon (or any deli meat)
Diced bell peppers
Salt & pepper
1. Remove center from bread.
2. In a small mixing bowl add egg, diced bell peppers, and diced bacon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, and swirl to coat the bottom. Place the bread onto the pan and pour mixture inside the hole in the center. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are done, 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Enjoy this easy recipe with any of your favorite breakfast sides.
