3 slices Love’s bread
3 pieces of chocolate
1. Unwrap and place a piece of chocolate in the center of a slice of bread.
2. Fold bread over the chocolate and use a cup to seal the bread. Remove crust. Use your fingers to pinch the edge of the bread together to seal the contents.
3. Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, and swirl to coat the bottom. Place each empanada onto pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with powered sugar and enjoy with your ‘Ohana!
