Vietnamese Open Faced Sandwich Recipe

Makes: 2 servings

2 slices Love’s bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sriracha or hot sauce
2 radishes
1 carrot
2 scallions
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
6 slices salami
4 ounces shredded turkey
4 ounces fresh cilantro

1. Toast bread.

2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sriracha or hot sauce. In a second bowl, toss together chopped radishes, carrot, and scallions with rice vinegar.

2. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on bread. Top with salami, shredded turkey, and fresh cilantro.
