4 slices Love’s bread
Your favorite sorbet or ice cream
Optional: shaved coconut
1. Put a scoop of ice cream or sorbet inside the Love’s bread and fold the bread over. Use a cup to seal and remove crust. Use your fingers to pinch the edges well together so the ice cream doesn’t fall out.
2. Pre-heat a skillet or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Drop in the sealed bread and watch carefully because they’ll cook quickly. Once they’re golden brown on both sides, remove them, and let the oil drip off, then let it cool.
3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat immediately.
